Product Disclaimer & Safety Information
Stainless steel straws are a durable, rigid product and should be used thoughtfully:
- Supervise young children. Metal straws are rigid and, unlike plastic or paper straws, will not bend or give way on impact. Do not allow young children to walk, run, or play while using a straw, and supervise children's use at all times.
- Inspect before each use. Stop using any straw that becomes bent, cracked, has a damaged or missing silicone tip, or otherwise shows signs of wear.
- Use the silicone tips as provided. The silicone covers are designed to cushion contact with teeth and lips — do not use the straws with the silicone tips removed.
- Not a toy. This product is intended for drinking beverages only and should be kept out of reach of children when not in use.
- Clean before first use and regularly thereafter using the included brushes or a dishwasher.
RaHa Straw is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper supervision, or failure to follow these safety guidelines.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery times depend on our shipping carrier (primarily Canada Post) and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays once a package has left our hands, though we're happy to help track down a missing order.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at the email address below with your order number. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your order arrives damaged or missing pieces, contact us and we'll send a free replacement rather than asking you to return anything.
